What we collect when you build a stick with us, why we collect it, and what you can ask us to do with it.

Information we collect
Account details you give us (name, email, password), order details (shipping address, stick configuration, personalization name and number), team account information (organization, role, league, team size) and basic technical data such as browser type and pages visited.
How we use it
To build and ship your order, provide order and warranty support, manage your account and saved builds, review team account requests, and — if you opt in — send occasional product news. We do not sell your personal information.
Payments
Payment card details are entered on our payment processor's secure checkout and are never stored on our servers. We receive only the confirmation, amount and last four digits needed for order records.
Service providers
We share only what's necessary with the providers who run our store: hosting and database, payment processing, email delivery and shipping carriers. Each is bound to use that information solely to provide their service to us.
Cookies
We use cookies and local storage to keep you signed in, remember your cart and saved builds, and understand which pages are useful. You can clear or block them in your browser, though the cart and sign-in will stop working.
Data retention
Order and warranty records are kept as long as needed for support, accounting and legal obligations. Account data is kept until you ask us to delete it.
Your rights
You can request a copy of your information, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete your account and personal data. Email us and we'll respond within 30 days.
