Shipping & Returns
Everything you need to know about how your custom stick gets built, shipped and, in rare cases, replaced.

Lead times
Every 905 stick is hand made to order. Current production time is 25–35 days depending on the season, plus transit. You'll get an estimated delivery window at checkout and a confirmation email once your build enters production.
Shipping rates
Flat-rate tracked shipping within Canada, and free shipping on orders over the current free-shipping threshold shown in your cart. Duties and brokerage on international orders are the responsibility of the recipient.
Tracking
You'll receive a tracking number by email as soon as your order leaves our facility. If tracking hasn't updated within 5 business days of shipping, contact us and we'll chase the carrier for you.
Custom builds & returns
Because each stick is built to your exact specs, custom orders can't be returned or exchanged for fit, flex or curve preference. Please double-check your configuration before checking out — we're happy to help you spec a build if you're unsure.
Damaged or incorrect orders
If your stick arrives damaged, or the build doesn't match the specs on your order confirmation, email us within 7 days of delivery with photos and your order number. We'll replace it at no cost.
Order changes & cancellations
You can change or cancel an order any time before it enters production — usually within 24 hours of placing it. Once layup begins, the build can't be changed.
