The ground rules for buying custom sticks from 905 Hockey.

Agreement
By using this site or placing an order you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the site.
Accounts
You're responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for activity under your account. Team accounts require approval and may be revoked if the information provided is inaccurate.
Orders & acceptance
Submitting an order is an offer to buy. We accept it when we confirm the order by email. We may decline or cancel an order — with a full refund — if a product is unavailable, pricing was listed in error, or we suspect fraud.
Custom builds
Custom sticks are produced to the specifications you select, including any personalization text. Please review your configuration carefully; we build exactly what's on the confirmation. Custom builds are non-returnable, as set out in our shipping and returns policy.
Pricing & taxes
Prices are in Canadian dollars and may change at any time before an order is confirmed. Applicable taxes are calculated at checkout based on your shipping address.
Intellectual property
The 905 Hockey name, logo, product designs, site content and photography are our property and may not be reproduced without written permission. You keep rights to any personalization text you submit, and confirm you have the right to use it.
Acceptable personalization
We may refuse personalization that infringes a third party's trademark, or that is obscene, hateful or otherwise inappropriate. If we refuse, we'll contact you to revise the build or refund the order.
Limitation of liability
Hockey involves risk of injury. Our products are sold for recreational and competitive hockey use; to the extent permitted by law our liability is limited to the purchase price of the product, and our warranty is the sole remedy for product failure.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada.
